Description

The Mahros Stacker is a multi-station stacker designed for the automatic and semi-automatic unloading of angular panel saws and high-output crosscut saws. Its drop-off stations bring great flexibility for unloading different formats, and the gripper pick-up unit picks up and unloads panel packs as well. Automatic reading of the panel dimensions and motorised opening of the grippers ensure a reliable grip whatever the working conditions. It handles panels from 280 to 4200 mm long and from 200 to 1300 mm wide, up to 250 to 500 kg depending on the configuration, with an output of four to seven cycles per minute and a stack reaching 165 mm in height.
