SCM Accord WD 5-axis CNC machining center

Description

The SCM Accord WD is a 5-axis CNC machining cell designed for the production of joinery and doors, from single-piece batches to series production. Its automatic loading and unloading keep the cycle running without interruption, while access to the worktable remains possible for manual handling of special parts. The 5-interpolating-axis PRISMA operator unit, dedicated to solid wood, delivers 13 kW and 18,000 rpm for profiling doors, windows and staircases. The MATIC bar table, with independent drives, adjusts in a few seconds and allows quick changeover of stops or suction cups. Three tool magazines (12, 48 and 12 positions) supply the machining operations, controlled by Maestro software. The working area is available in two configurations, up to 6,360 mm in X.
