Description
Balestrini Power is the SCM range of 5-axis gantry machining centres that brings power, flexibility and productivity together in a contained footprint. Its compact structure preserves rigidity while making the tables easier to reach when setting up and changing jobs. The various models differ in the size of the gantry: X travel runs from 3,000 to 6,000 mm and Y travel from 1,800 to 3,550 mm, making it possible to machine very large workpieces. The spindle runs at up to 24,000 rpm and the axes move at 90 m/min in X and Y. The machine targets makers of indoor and outdoor furniture who need to handle large-format components without giving up accuracy.
