Description

A numerically controlled double-end tenoner-mortiser dedicated to producing 45° mortise and tenon joints and frames, typical of kitchen and bathroom doors as well as louvre doors. The same machine carries out end and lengthwise machining, which multiplies the applications while reducing the floor space taken in the workshop. The front work beds allow pendulum end operations, without interruption, to sustain productivity. Operation is from the eye-M console with its 21.5 inch touch screen and the Maestro active joint interface, which simplifies navigation and programming. The electrospindle tenoning unit and the drilling-mortising unit cover the whole jointing cycle.
