SCM Doorflex complete production line

Description

The Doorflex line is a complete SCM production line dedicated to the manufacture of honeycomb-core doors, delivered in mixed stacks. It brings together a Mahros loading station, a Stefani squaring edgebander, a Mahros unloading station and floor rollers, which run loading, edgebanding and unloading with no manual handling between stations. Its output reaches 800 to 1000 doors a shift. Designed as a turnkey integrated cell, it links the machining and handling systems in a continuous flow, suited to door manufacturers after a steady industrial output across the whole of production.
