Description

A linear finishing dryer fitted with a semi-closed circuit ventilation system: a centrifugal fan sends the air into a plenum that feeds a series of air knives with great uniformity of flow. This even blowing sweeps the surface of the workpieces to speed up the drying of the lacquers while limiting heat losses thanks to partial recycling of the air. Its in-line design places it in a continuous coating flow, between the application and the next station. The uniformity of the blowing provides even drying across the whole width of the panels handled. The jet air blade dryer is aimed at wood workshops and industrial users who want even, energy-controlled drying on flat lacquered surfaces.
