SCM Morbidelli P200 drilling and edgebanding machining centre

Description

Morbidelli P200 is a universal numerically controlled machining and edgebanding centre, designed to bring routing, drilling and edging application together on the same machine. Thanks to the Maestro software, it creates and produces parts of varied shapes in a few clicks and simply applies different types of edging. It carries He-Pod vacuum cups that add the third dimension to the work table for optimised holding. The table comes in sizes up to 5,510 mm in X and 1,620 mm in Y, the machining motor reaches 15 kW and the tool magazine takes up to 60 positions. The machine is aimed at furniture makers who want to condense several operations onto a single centre, from drilling to edgebanding, to produce panels ready to assemble with a good performance-to-price ratio.
