SCM Olimpic 300 compact edgebander

Description

The Olimpic 300 is a compact edgebander with a sturdy structure, designed for reliability and repeatable machining. It is aimed at small craft businesses that want to start edgebanding professionally without giving up ease of use or finish quality. Its SGP-E glue pot takes EVA and PUR adhesive alike thanks to its non-stick treatment, and optimised metering delivers a consistent glue line. The operating units are set using digital readouts, making it easy to move from thin edges to thick edges with two radii. The machine also allows 45° chamfering, No Edge machining and different finishing of the top and bottom faces of the panel. It handles panels from 8 to 60 mm thick and 70 mm wide as a minimum, with edges from 0.3 to 3 mm, up to 6 mm as an option, at a feed speed of 10 m/min. The eye-S Compact touch-screen console runs the whole machine through Maestro Active Edge.
