Description

This complete SCM production line handles the cooling, profiling and sizing of polyurethane mouldings. Integrated as a continuous cell, it links the processing stages at a machining speed of 60 metres a minute, which lets it keep up with the rates of industrial flow production. The installation links the cooling, profiling and sizing stations with no manual rehandling of workpieces between operations. This in-line layout suits polyurethane manufacturers after an automated, steady and dimensionally controlled process across the whole path of the material, from cooling through to final sizing.
