SCM ripping and edgebanding complete line

Description

This complete SCM production line rips panels and applies edgebanding in one continuous process. It brings together a Mahros loading bridge, a Celaschi splitter, a transfer unit, a Stefani squaring edgebander and a Mahros unloading bridge, running from loading to unloading with no manual handling between stations. Ripping separates the panels before they are edged, while the Mahros bridges automate infeed and outfeed. Designed as an integrated cell, the line links sawing, edgebanding and handling in a steady flow, suited to manufacturers after automated, continuous industrial production.
