Description

The Stefani Cell H is a squaring and edgebanding cell designed for batch-one production, positioned by its technical solutions, its level of investment and its output. It combines customised production, industrial volumes and highly diversified batches in a single plant, handling panels that are already squared or still to be squared. Built around the Stefani One or Stefani SB One edgebanders, it machines panels from 250 × 130 mm to 3000 × 1200 mm in lengthwise feed, with automatic changeover of edge colour, thickness and protective film. Its external milling unit and pre-positioning rule make it easy to move from one job to the next, while the EdgeStore Manager module automatically matches the program to the corresponding edge. The cell allows immediate production, with no stoppages for size or decor changeovers, which makes it an accessible automation platform for workshops ramping up.
