SCM Stefani Rocket E flexible edgebanding line

Description

The Stefani Rocket E is a flexible edgebanding line dedicated to pre-squared panels coming from a machining center or a tenoner. It meets the requirements of companies whose process is organized according to a linear flow. Comprising the Moover transfer system and two single-sided edgebanders, it offers a high degree of flexibility by allowing the feeding of panels of different dimensions sharing the same thickness. The line integrates Stefani X or Stefani S edgebanders in left and right configuration, and processes panels from 250 × 130 mm to 3000 × 1200 mm in longitudinal feed. Once the panel is inserted by the operator, approach and infeed into the machine are fully automatic thanks to Moover automation. The barcode or QR code reading system, with self-learning function, enables continuous production without distinction between batch size 1 and mass production, while the EdgeStore Manager module manages the association of the edge banding with the program. It is aimed at line productivity with simplified changeover management.
