Description

The Stefani Rocket U is a flexible, high-productivity shaping-and-edgebanding line made up of two single-sided edgebanders. Its U-shaped configuration compensates for a potential lack of space in the production area. The two machines are connected by a TR C180 belt roller transfer system, which ensures continuous flow and high production capacity. Using single-sided edgebanders provides great flexibility, allowing the introduction of panels of different dimensions as long as they share the same thickness. The line is built around Stefani One or Stefani SB One edgebanders in left or right configuration, and processes panels from 250 × 130 mm to 3000 × 1200 mm in longitudinal feed. The BN+ infeed, the TR C180 conveyor and the EdgeStore Manager module complete the system for automated program and edge management. It is suitable for workshops looking for line throughput with a controlled footprint.
