Roller application lays down an even coat of controlled thickness on flat surfaces passing under the head, with high material efficiency and a good pass speed. The valtorta f1 fits into a finishing line, upstream of drying, to apply base coats or lacquers to panels in series. It draws on Superfici's experience in finishing to offer a compromise between output and coat quality. It is aimed at wood, flooring and fit-out industry users who coat flat surfaces in volume and are looking for the consistency and the material savings proper to the roller process.
