SEMA Automatic Element and Cladding Module

Description

This add-on automates two repetitive tasks in the design of prefabricated elements: distributing the insulation between the wall studs, and distributing multi-layer claddings in roof, floor and wall elements. The process relies on the layout of timber members already carried out in the project, a condition that governs how it works: the module completes an existing frame, it does not create one. Once that basis is in place, insulation and cladding layers are positioned automatically, which noticeably shortens design time on buildings with many similar elements. The module belongs to timber and prefabricated construction and comes in eight languages, French among them. It is included in the Prefabrication package, offered as an option on the Timber Construction package, and not available with the Roof Structure and Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade packages.
