SEMA Load Planning Module

Description

This add-on organises the loading of walls and prefabricated elements, roof and floor cassettes included, onto the trailers that take them to site. The tool optimises the layout of the parts on the bed and produces two deliverables: a loading preparation list for the workshop, and a plan that follows the erection sequence. Elements then arrive on site in the order the crane needs to pick them up, which avoids unloading and rehandling parts to reach the one the team needs. On projects where transport is a sensitive item, this stage largely sets the pace of the erection day. The module belongs to load planning and comes in eight languages, French among them. It is offered as an option on the Timber Construction, Prefabrication and Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade packages.
