SEMA Master Data Management Module

Description

This add-on opens up the SEMA program's master data to customisation: defining the firm's own fittings, CAM macros for shaping operations, and material and fastener entry, by means of a built-in programming editor. It also allows specific functions to be developed, for instance to sort parts by the machine that will make them, or to produce targeted selections within the material list. The editor therefore makes it possible to fit the software to in-house methods rather than the methods to the software. One important reservation comes with this module: basic programming knowledge is required to use it, which means having the skill in house or buying in support. The module concerns timber and prefabricated construction, comes in eight languages including French, and is offered as an option on the Timber Construction, Prefabrication and Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade packages.
