SEMA Roof and Floor Element Module

Description

This add-on deals with the degree of prefabrication of timber roofs and floors in industrial production. It allows cassettes to be built up further in the workshop, so as to cut erection time on site, a costly item exposed to the weather as well as to the availability of teams and crane. The reasoning is standard in industrial timber construction: whatever is assembled in the workshop escapes site constraints and is carried out under controlled conditions. The module is therefore intended for firms whose output of roof and floor elements justifies this level of industrialisation. It belongs to timber and prefabricated construction and comes in eight languages, French among them. The Prefabrication package includes it as standard; the Timber Construction package offers it as an option; the Roof Structure and Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade packages do not carry it.
