SEMA Roofing Sheet Metal Facade Module

Description

This add-on brings the functions of the Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade package inside SEMA's timber packages. A firm running Roof Structure, Timber Construction or Prefabrication can then handle roof covering and metal cladding without buying a second package or running two working environments: the setting out of roof and facade planes joins the timber model already in place, within the same project. This arrangement is particularly relevant to firms that carry out both the roof structure and the roof covering themselves, or that take on the metalwork package in refurbishment. The module covers timber and prefabricated construction, refurbishment and metal part fabrication. It is offered as an option on the Roof Structure, Timber Construction and Prefabrication packages, and is included as standard in the Roofing - Sheet Metal - Facade package.
