Description

The Stefani SB One is a high-performance single-sided squaring and edge banding machine intended for medium-sized and large furniture industries. It combines a high material removal capacity with a high level of productivity, flexibility and integrability. Usable as a stand-alone station or integrated within squaring-edge banding cells and lines, it suits both the intensive production of uniform batches and batch-one manufacturing. The machine handles panels from 10 to 60 mm thick, with an output of 12 to 18 cycles per minute and a feed speed of 40 m/min in longitudinal pass. It accepts coiled edging from 0.3 to 3 mm, tapes up to 1 mm and wood edges up to 25 mm. Its modular design allows the configuration to evolve as the workshop’s needs change.
