SmartManager production management software single licence

Description

SmartManager with a single licence is production management software for a workshop equipped with just one SmartBench. It registers and monitors the machine, with real-time job feedback on a mobile or a desktop computer. The set-up data (material, tool, datum positions, feed rates and speeds) travels with the machining file all the way to the console, which smooths the start of the job and limits mistakes. Once the job has run, the operator can annotate it to improve repeat cuts, and maintenance is planned around indicators shown on screen. All of this data stays stored in the file, ready to be run again later. The software calls for a Windows PC to run SmartTransfer and a SmartBench linked to the WiFi network. Please note: spindle overload is not visible with an AMB spindle.
