Description

The Windorflex 2 is the high-output SCM automatic cell dedicated to making joinery. It brings together every solution needed to produce complete frames, whatever their type, and works without the continuous presence of an operator thanks to automatic loading/unloading by an anthropomorphic robot. Its double automatic worktable maximises productivity, and its configurable working units, with 4- and 5-axis electrospindles, perform every operation required. It machines pieces up to 6000 mm long (in multiple compositions), from 40 to 260 mm wide and from 35 to 160 mm thick, with axes reaching 100-80-50 m/min and a 20 kW electrospindle. Two 48-position magazines supply the tools. The dedicated Maestro active windoor software optimises the whole machining process.
