Collet chuck system 470E/ER32 with HSK 63F LEUCO is aimed at CNC machining centres, in particular 5-axis machines. The tool is used for the high-precision clamping of tools with cylindrical shanks. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a recessed clamping nut, hardened and ground, for collets slotted on both sides, and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: a slim version, high stability even with long projections, high concentricity precision and a high clamping force. The range comes in 7 versions: diameter of 63 mm and overall length from 85 to 225 mm.
