DIAMAX DP shank cutters LEUCO equip CNC machines. Applications intended by the manufacturer: facing or cutting solid wood and its derivatives and synthetic materials, with no tooth overlap marks. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished rake face and optimal clearance, and with HW drilling cut for angled plunging (simultaneous feed of the Z and X axes). Benefits claimed in use: for machining MDF and solid wood intended to be lacquered directly, and a continuous cut that avoids tooth overlap marks. The article group brings together 10 versions: outside diameter from 5 to 16 mm, shank from 12 to 16 mm, overall length from 60 to 95 mm and number of teeth from 1 to 2. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: clamping: ps-System, TRIBOS, collet chuck, and Ø D=12 and 16 mm with a thread for a pre-setting screw.
