DP V-grooving cutter LEUCO

Description

DP V-grooving cutter LEUCO is aimed at portable routers, hand-guided CNC routers (e.g. Shaper Origin), portable CNC milling machines (e.g. Goliath CNC) and the milling of 90° folding grooves or groove profiling (R=0.6 at the bottom of the groove) as well as chamfering (45°) in solid wood, wood-based materials and thermoset plastic. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: cutting material: DP, topline version and sharpening zone 2 mm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very long tool life, particularly in hard panel materials, and optimal cut quality thanks to a special distribution of the cuts. The range comes in 1 version: outside diameter of 14 mm, shank of 8 mm, overall length of 60 mm and 1 tooth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP).
