Description

HS mini finger joint cutters LEUCO, version 4 are aimed at finger jointing lines and machines with a cross-cutting device. The tool is used for the finger jointing of softwoods, hardwoods and exotic woods, with a joint length of 20 mm. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: joint length of 20 mm, HS suited to softwoods and HS Solid 34 suited to softwoods with knots. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: HS Solid 34: high bending strength, tool life multiplied by 1.5 to 2 compared with HS mini finger joint cutters, and topcoat 104: tool life multiplied by 2 compared with HS mini finger joint cutters. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter from 180 to 260 mm, bore of 50 mm, cutting width of 33 mm and number of teeth from 2 to 3. Cutting material: high-speed steel (HS).
