HW chamfering tool bodies LEUCO are aimed at moulders. The tool is used for chamfering in solid wood. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: max. speed = 9,000 rpm. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: simultaneous chamfering of various timber sections, with no tool modification, thanks to the combination with the planing cutterheads, on vertical or horizontal spindles. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter from 145.6 to 160.6 mm, bore of 40 mm, cutting width of 15 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: recommendation: produce the 4th chamfer on the universal spindle, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
