HW grooving tool bodies LEUCO, Milling tools are designed for use on spindle moulders, moulders and double-end tenoners. Their field of application covers chip-free grooving in solid wood and wood-based materials. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter of 180 mm, bore from 30 to 40 mm, cutting width from 8 to 12.6 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: use against the feed along and across the grain, cutting width 8 - 15 mm and 12.6 - 24 mm in 2 parts, and extendable with the 0.1 mm spacer rings supplied.
