Description

HW saw blades for edge banding machines for, version 3 are designed for use on edge banding machines and automated lines for edge finishing. Their field of application covers cutting and trimming flush veneer or laminate edges or solid wood edge bands. Stated design features: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, positive or negative rake angle, with or without axial angle, and tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”. Claimed strengths: very quiet, with a noise reduction of about 6 dB(A) when idling. The series comprises 25 versions: outside diameter from 90 to 200 mm, bore from 16 to 56 mm, cutting width from 2.4 to 3.6 mm and number of teeth from 12 to 64. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP), alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
