Description

HW scoring saw blades “KO-HR” LEUCO, nn-System are aimed at panel saws with a scoring device. The tool is used for chip-free scoring of melamine-faced, paper-coated or wood-veneered wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: special NoNoise chip clearance geometry, cutting material: HW HL Board 04 plus and tooth form: conical-hollow back-chamfer “KO-HR”. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: very quiet, noise reduction of approx. 6 dB(A) when idling, excellent cut quality in all common types of coating, and the long tool life allows higher productivity. The range comes in 16 versions: outside diameter from 150 to 200 mm, bore from 20 to 65 mm, cutting width from 4.05 to 4.85 mm and number of teeth from 28 to 36. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP), alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW).
