Description

HW shank cutters with indexable inserts LEUCO are aimed at CNC machines. The tool is used for chip-free edge facing in coated wood-based materials and for trimming and milling circular cut-outs. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: with alternating axial angle, face cut: Ø 16 - Ø 18 brazed HW; Ø 30 HW reversible insert, and with stop screw. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: two tool lives by swapping the upper and lower inserts. The range comes in 3 versions: outside diameter from 16 to 18 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 110 to 130 mm and 1 tooth. Cutting material: carbide (HW).
