Description

HW sizing saw blades “WS” LEUCO are aimed at table saws and special machines. The tool is used for the ripping and sizing of wood-based materials. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: tooth form: alternate top bevel “WS”, cutting material: HW, Class-No. 107520 HL Board 10 with a 15° rake angle, and Class-No. 102620/102628 HL Board 06 with a 10° rake angle. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: the choice of tooth count gives an optimal match to the criteria of cut quality, feed rate and material thickness, and a reduced noise level from Ø 250 mm. The range comes in 21 versions: outside diameter from 150 to 500 mm, bore of 30 mm, cutting width from 3.2 to 3.8 mm and number of teeth from 24 to 96. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). To consider before ordering: re-boring possible up to Ø 80 mm at extra cost.
