HW surfCut tenoning cutterheads LEUCO are designed for use on Hundegger and Weinmann cutting centres. Their field of application covers milling tenons, lap joints, profiles and notches. Stated design features: with axial angle, with 4-edge reversible inserts, carbide scribers and an aluminium tool body. Claimed strengths: high hogging performance, less finishing work, a clean cut and versatile use. The series comprises 6 versions: outside diameter from 250 to 350 mm, bore of 55 mm, cutting width from 20 to 125 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Points to watch flagged by the manufacturer: for HSK chucks with a double key without spacer rings, and the exact dimensions as well as the hub form must be determined with the LEUCO technical application service.
