Description

HW UltraProfiler blank inserts LEUCO are part of the LEUCO tool programme for machining wood and panels. They are used in LEUCO UltraProfiler tool bodies. What the LEUCO design provides: two seating points and automatic positioning (axial and radial), option: topline sharpening (polished tooth face), cutting material: HW and HL Board 06 for wood-based materials, plastics and hardwoods. What the manufacturer highlights: very precise automatic positioning of the blank inserts during profiling as well as when the inserts are changed, no stop screw needed, and topline version: excellent cut quality with a marked improvement in the cutting edges. This range covers 16 versions: bore of 3.5 mm. Cutting material: alloy steel (HL) and carbide (HW). Notes on use: can be profiled to the customer’s wishes.
