p-System HW squaring cutter LEUCO is intended for chipping lines, EWD FR15, FR16 and Linck VPF340. What the LEUCO design provides: one-piece and segmented, with reversible inserts usable on four sides, extreme shear cut and cutting material: HW HL Solid 20. What the manufacturer highlights: breakout-free machining at the knots, a considerable improvement in surface quality compared with the old system based on chipping knives, small chips, ideal for making pellets, and extremely long tool life (up to 8 million linear metres). This range covers 14 versions: outside diameter from 360 to 402 mm, bore from 60 to 120 mm, cutting width from 64 to 139.5 mm and number of teeth from 4 to 8. Cutting material: carbide (HW). Notes on use: the chips are not suitable for the paper industry, and feed per tooth fz = 2-8 mm.
