Description
VHW roughing cutter LEUCO, Crosscut device is aimed at joinery cutting centres and gantry systems. The tool is used for ripping, sizing, grooving and drilling softwoods and hardwoods, glued laminated timber, plasterboard and laminated veneer beech. In terms of design, LEUCO provides: a VHW roughing cutter for long tool life, a shank for shrink fitting or a stepped shank for an ER 40 collet (Hundegger shank), and a centre cut. Advantages highlighted by LEUCO: positive helix direction for better chip extraction and a roughing tool for large chip volumes. The range comes in 19 versions: outside diameter from 20 to 40 mm, shank from 20 to 30 mm, overall length from 115 to 250 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: solid carbide (VHW).
