Cross profiling machine for flooring SCM Celaschi TMC

Description

The Celaschi TMC is a cross profiling machine, served by a dedicated automatic loading system, developed for the in-line profiling of boards at different angles in order to answer the latest trend in the flooring sector: multi-layer chevron and herringbone parquet. Its twin moving beam design makes it possible to handle pieces from 45° to 90° with great versatility and great precision. The automatic hopper feeder orients the pieces at 0°, ±45° and 180° to produce straight, angled or chevron boards, with an output reaching ten pieces per minute. The combined movements of the two beams always machine the pieces on both sides at the same time. In 45° profiling, it handles boards from 350 to 1200 mm long; in 90°, from 300 to 4000 mm, for widths from 65 to 450 mm and thicknesses from 6 to 25 mm. The Maestro active square software handles programming.
