Description

The K 740 S is a Felder sliding table saw at production equipment level, intended for the regular cutting of panels and solid timber. It accepts blades up to 400 mm in diameter, for a cutting height of 140 mm, and its sliding table offers a cutting length of 2,500 mm. The X-Roll guidance spreads the load over rollers in an X for smooth travel and a stable cut, even in sustained use. The scoring unit provides a clean cut in melamine-faced and veneered panels, without chipping. The rip fence and the mitre fence with telescopic extension complete an accurate workstation.
