Description
The K 740 is a versatile Felder sliding table saw, suited to the regular cutting of panels and solid timber in joinery work. It accepts blades up to 400 mm in diameter, for a cutting height of 140 mm, and its sliding table offers a cutting length of 1,300 mm. The X-Roll guidance spreads the load over rollers in an X, a mark of accurate travel without play, even in sustained use. The scoring unit prepares a clean cut in veneered and melamine-faced panels. The rip fence and the mitre fence allow accurate and repeatable cutting. Sturdy and compact, the K 740 offers a generous cutting capacity in a controlled footprint, which makes it a reliable basis for fit-out workshops and versatile joinery shops.
