Description
The Kappa 550 E-Motion is a Format4 sliding table saw built for production, with an extreme cutting height of 202 mm obtained with blades up to 550 mm in diameter, and 146 mm at 45°. On this E-Motion version, the blade height and tilt are positioned automatically through the CNC control with its LED display, which shortens setting times between two machining jobs. The sliding table offers a cutting length of 2,800 mm and rests on the X-Roll guidance guaranteed for 10 years, a mark of lasting accuracy. The saw shaft guided on double bearings limits vibration for a clean cut. The machine accepts a scoring unit for finishing veneered panels and is driven from a centralised interface with cutting programs and a network connection.
