5-axis machining centre SCM Accord 600

Description

Accord 600 is a numerically controlled boring and routing machining centre, positioned for demanding production of furniture components and solid wood elements. The worktable goes up to 6,715 mm in X and 1,900 mm in Y, with a 300 mm Z clearance. It combines a 13.5 kW 5-axis electrospindle and a 3/4-axis spindle up to 21 kW, at 24,000 rpm, with travel speeds reaching 90 m/min. A wide choice of tool magazines (TRB, Caddy, Rapid, Quadro, Veloce) allows capacity to be matched to the production flow. The machine is aimed at workshops looking for a robust, versatile centre, able to deliver intensive boring and 5-axis routing on long pieces consistently.
