Applications intended by the manufacturer: rounding over and chamfering edge bands in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Design details given by the manufacturer: polished tooth face, optimal clearance face, with axial angle and max. speed = 24,000 rpm. Benefits claimed in use: excellent cutting quality thanks to a high level of concentricity and vibration-free rotation. The article group brings together 2 versions: outside diameter of 85 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use specified by LEUCO: base dimensions a and D1 constant and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
