Description

DP DIAMAX edge rounding cutters LEUCO, SCM-Stefani equips SCM-Stefani edgebanders with the ED system. Uses foreseen by the manufacturer: rounding edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Execution details noted by the manufacturer: with an axial angle, n max = 20,000 rpm, and a polished tooth face and clearance. Benefits stated in use: optimised chip removal, the machine no longer clogged with chips, chip-related stoppages eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 4 versions: outside diameter of 73 mm, bore of 12 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: constant base dimensions a and D1, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
