Description

DP edge rounding cutters LEUCO, SCM-IDM C1/C2 finds its place on SCM-IDM edgebanders with the ED system and a C1 / C2 unit. Its field of use covers rounding edging in solid wood, veneer and plastics. Construction features stated: with an axial angle, n max = 18,000 rpm, and a polished tooth face and clearance. Stated strong points: optimised chip removal, the machine no longer clogged with chips, chip-related stoppages eliminated, and lower extraction power. The range comes in 8 versions: outside diameter of 70 mm, bore of 16 mm and 4 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Conditions of use given by LEUCO: constant base diameters a and D1, and direction of rotation to VDMA 8849.
