Description

DP routing cutters with dual direction of rotation LEUCO, Z=3/1 are intended for CNC machines and are a very high-performance tool for pre-milling and finish milling. They are used for the sizing and cutting of raw, melamine-faced, paper-coated and PVC-coated, laminated and veneered wood-based materials. What the LEUCO design provides: Z=3 in right-hand rotation for a high feed rate and Z=1 in left-hand rotation. This range covers 4 versions: outside diameter of 25 mm, shank of 25 mm, overall length from 129 to 153 mm and 3 teeth. Cutting material: polycrystalline diamond (DP). Notes on use: L2 eff. = effective cutting length; in this case Z=3. The difference with L2 is Z=2; the version allows every type of panel to be machined, and the workpiece is clamped on blocks.
