Window tenoning and profiling machine SCM Windor NT1

Description

The Windor NT1 is an angular machining centre for joinery. It performs every operation required — end trimming, tenoning, boring-routing and profiling — whatever the construction concept, the type of joint and the section. Its fully enclosed structure gives the operator maximum safety and greatly reduces noise emissions. It produces every type of tenon, straight or angled up to ±60°, thanks to a robust tenoning carriage, and places no limit on the profile: as required, the machine can take two 50 x 320 mm spindles. The boring-routing unit performs the secondary operations, including horizontal ones, leaving the pieces ready for assembly. It machines pieces from 200 to 3000 mm long (3800 as an option), from 40 to 200 mm wide and from 40 to 140 mm thick, under the control of the Maestro active windoor software.
