Description
These Wintersteiger band saw blades are intended for the log saws and resaws used in sawmills, in blade widths from 50 to 260 mm. They are available in two grades. The Select grade, in German stainless steel at 41 to 43 HRC, offers good value for money for working softwoods, hardwoods and harder species. The Prime grade, in Uddeholm UHB 15 steel at 44 to 46 HRC, targets the highest requirements with superior cutting performance, accuracy and durability. Wintersteiger also offers a servicing service for log saw and resaw blades from a length of 4,500 mm and in widths from 50 to 260 mm, carried out on CNC wet grinding machines at its German plant.
