Description

The DSG HM scraper saw is a carbide saw that accompanies the Wintersteiger thin-kerf frame saw blades. Its body has a precisely calculated cut-out whose role is to spread the tensioning forces optimally between the thin-kerf blades and the associated scraper saws. This design makes it possible to produce high quality outer lamellas that can be used directly with no additional sizing step. The DSG HM scraper saw proves particularly suited to cutting special tropical timbers and shows good durability on very hard species. The result: less time spent on setting up, lower tooling and labour costs and better machine availability. It is optimised for the entire range of frame saws from the manufacturer.
